  • Failed Transactions: For failed or duplicate payments where the amount is debited, reversals are handled by the payment gateway and your bank according to their standard timelines.

Shipping and Delivery

  • Dispatch: Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
  • Delivery: Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days within India and 15–20 days internationally.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure). This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, war, government restrictions, utility/network failures, or cyberattacks (hacking/viruses). In such cases, our service obligations will be suspended for the duration of the event.

Cancellations and Refunds

  • Cancellations: We accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of order placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. A non-refundable processing fee of 5% (covering payment gateway and platform fees) will be deducted from the refund amount. Once an order is processed or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • Mandatory Returns: We will not refuse a return or refund if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the advertised description.
  • Partial Returns & Refunds: For all orders – standard, bulk or wholesale, in the event of an order containing multiple items, our 'Defect-Only' policy applies strictly to the individual product found to be defective. A defect in one item does not entitle the customer to return the entire order. We will only process a replacement or refund for the value of the specific defective unit. Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable as they apply to the entire shipment.

Wholesale, B2B & Bulk Inquiries

  • B2B Orders: For bulk orders or business inquiries (Gifting, Temples, or Resale), please contact us at info@sukhsehaj.in.
  • Wholesale Terms: Wholesale or bulk orders (defined as orders exceeding 50 units) are governed by a separate Proforma Invoice and are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable unless a major manufacturing defect is proven via an unboxing video.
  • Partial Returns & Refunds: In the event of an order containing multiple items, our 'Defect-Only' policy applies strictly to the individual product found to be defective. A defect in one item does not entitle the customer to return the entire order. We will only process a replacement or refund for the value of the specific defective unit. Original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable as they apply to the entire shipment.
  • GST Invoicing: As a brand under GurNain Global Services, we provide GST-compliant invoices. If you require a GST Input Tax Credit, please provide your GSTIN and Company Name at the time of checkout. Requests to add GST details after the order has been processed will not be entertained.
