Shipping policy
At Sukh Sehaj, we ship our products with extreme care, and we follow a rigorous fulfillment process to ensure they reach you safely.
1. Dispatch & timelines
- Processing Time: All orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3-7 business days within India, depending on your location. International Standard Delivery - 15-20 days.
- Tracking: A tracking link will be sent to your registered email/mobile as soon as the courier picks up your package.
2. The Mandatory Unboxing Video Rule
To protect against transit damage and prevent fraudulent claims, an unboxing video is mandatory for all replacement or refund requests.
· The Video Must:
o Start before you open the outer courier seal.
o Be continuous and unedited (no cuts, pauses, or transitions).
o Clearly show the shipping label and all sides of the sealed box.
o Clearly show the product being removed and inspected for the first time.
- Requests for "missing items" or "damaged in transit" will be automatically rejected if a valid, unedited unboxing video is not provided within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Shipping Charges
· We offer Free Shipping across India on all orders of ₹1,000 or more. For orders under ₹1,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹69 is applied automatically at checkout
4. Logistics Partners
We ship via reliable service delivery partners. If your location is outside their service zone, we will contact you to find an alternative delivery solution.
5. International Shipping, Duties & Taxes
- Customs, Duties & Taxes: All international orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Any import duties, custom fees, or local taxes levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Sukh Sehaj (GurNain Global Services) has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
- Refusal of International Shipment: If a customer refuses an international shipment due to import duties or taxes, the package will be abandoned by the courier. In such cases, no refund will be issued as the cost of return shipping and duties often exceeds the product value.
- Shipping Documentation: We provide accurate commercial invoices for customs. We will not "undervalue" items or mark them as "gifts" to bypass taxes, as this is a violation of international trade laws.
6. Cancellations & Undeliverable Shipments
- Cancellations: We accept cancellation requests within 1 hour of order placement, provided the order has not been dispatched. A non-refundable processing fee of 5% (covering payment gateway and platform fees) will be deducted from the refund amount. Once an order is processed or handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- Failed Delivery/Refusal: If a shipment is returned to our warehouse after three (3) failed delivery attempts or due to a refusal at the doorstep, the order is considered "Abandoned." Re-shipping: If you wish for us to ship the item again, a fresh shipping fee will be charged in addition to Return to order charges for earlier attempts. We do not offer refunds for abandoned or refused shipments.
7. Partial Returns pickup: For approved partial returns, we will issue a courier label/pick-up request specifically for the weight of the defective item. Customers must not include non-defective items in the return package. Any unauthorized weight discrepancies may lead to the rejection of the return by the courier or our warehouse.
8. Delays & Force Majeure
While we partner with reputable couriers, Sukh Sehaj is not liable for delays caused by carrier issues, extreme weather, festivals, or government restrictions. We will, however, assist you in tracking and escalating any delay with the carrier.
